"Fruit Plate"
6x6 oil on panel
Small still life study of apples and cherries. I tried to keep loose and not try to do my edges of the plate and fruit so perfectly. It is hard to do! It seems like it would be easier to keep it loose and not try to draw everything just as it is, but as many of my artist friends know, it isn't. I am getting a little better the more that I do at just letting go though. Lots of shadow on this one because of the angle of my light.
